Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using vck.panshi.io you accept these terms. Account creation requires a working email and acceptance of the privacy policy.

2. Subscription & billing

Paid plans billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. Cancel anytime; service continues until current period end. No refunds for partial months.

3. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no abuse of agent capacity, no scraping, no resale without commercial license.

4. License

Self-hosted code is AGPL-3.0. SaaS use is governed by these terms. Embedding in proprietary products requires the commercial license.

5. Liability

Service provided "as is". Maximum liability capped at 12 months of fees paid.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate. We provide 30-day data export grace period.

7. Governing law

To be finalised. Likely Delaware (US) or Singapore depending on incorporation.
